先日、東京・麻布十番の日本料理店 “可不可 KAFUKA TOKYO”にて、「美しい有田の器で美食・美酒を味わう会」が開催されました。
弊社社長 松本がゲストとして招かれ、料理長・宮下大輔氏が腕をふるった料理の数々がARITA PORCELAIN LABの器で提供され、有田焼の歴史から始まり、それぞれの器の紹介、ARITA PORCELAIN LABの世界観を熱く語らせていただきました。
ARITA PORCELAIN LABの器に盛られた佐賀県の素材を使用したお料理は一際美しく、
口を楽しませるだけでなく、目も楽しませ、心も満足させられました。
ジャパンブルー・ジャパンスノーの夏らしい色組合いで、涼しさを演出されていました。
有田焼を通して交流が繰り広げられたとても有意義、そして優雅な会となりました。
あいにくの台風でお足元の悪い中ご参加いただきました皆様、誠にありがとうございました。

Founded in 1804, “Arita Porcelain Lab” is the modern brand name of the Yazaemon Kiln, which was established over 200 years ago.
It is one of Arita’s oldest and largest-scale operating kilns.
Our luxury and modern style of Arita porcelain pieces are created
